LED License Plate Lights
I had seen someone on this forum write they had gotten LED license plate lights on Amazon for like $12. I'd like if someone could provide a link, but my question is that wire connection back there is permanent and there's no plug, how could you replace the entire light?

Just cut the original wires, remove the old light assemblies, and connect the wires from the new lights with butt splice wire connectors. I used heat shrink tubing over that as well.

Funny, I thought the ones on my '03 Q were LED. They are a distinctly different color than a traditional filament lamp.
