LED a/f meter

has anyone made one of these? http://www.autospeed.com.au/A_....html

if anyone has, can you tell me the exact name of the PCB they used so i can go to radio shack and buy one? and also the name of the IC chip, pot meter, and rating of the resistor?

edit: and capacitor

i kinda don't want to go through the trouble of ordering from australia...otherwise i would have already ordered taht kit haha.

i thought the pcb was already printed? it's not at all worth the trouble of building the kit yourself if you had to etch the pcb haha...thanks for the reply...
