Leather on J30

I'm sure a lot of you have this same problem so im hoping one of yous can help me . The leather on the drivers side door particularly where you would rest your arm is completely worn out; while the rest of the interior is in pretty decent condition this and the drivers seat is worn out. It is a very annoying eye sore. I went hunting for door panels at pretty much every single junk yard and the result is either the same worn out door panel or none at all. I looked on ebay but there is nothing. So is there a car that has seats and door panels that will fit on the J? or what can i do to try and fix it? how much would it cost? thanks a lot!

My wife actually had our upper door panel portion replaced a few years ago and since then I've made a point NOT to rest my arm on it.

I think there's actually a TSB regarding this issue and a new and more skin-oils compatible replacement "leather". Contact an Infiniti dealer regarding the replacement part and an auto upolstery shop about installing it or just start with an upolstery shop, letting them shop for the part.
