Well, Is there any way I can give Nissan my feedback about the dealer and how they treated me? The dealership (I think, not Nissan) called me the other day and did a phone survey with me. I said that I was very unhappy at first, but at the end I was happy (So I'm sure she marked down "Customer satisfied" or something).casionerd wrote:This happened to my car. I live in Oklahoma. I took it to the dealership and was told by the service writer that they have had several of these and that Nissan is providing complete new door panels. I got it replaced. Then noticed that the technician that installed the new panel slightly ripped the armrest material in a different location so I had them replace it again. It really was no problem either time.
I asked the service writer if they could just replace the armrest and he said that they couldn't find just that part so they're replacing the whole door card. (?)
No dealership should give you a hard time about this. It's obviously something Nissan's aware of. It should be fixed under warranty.

WOW, that is a lot of miles in such a short time.I drive mine almost every day to work, etc, and I have just under 26,000 kms after 18 months of ownership. Like Bubs Daddy, when mine is cleaned up, the interior and exterior look brand new Love it.NODES wrote:
