Since we spend most of our time in the drivers seat ... For those of you who are also cross shopping the upgraded Leather RO vs. V, which seems to offer the better quality, layout, support, design, etc. ? Here's a picture of the V ...

Good Question.

I like the CRV leather over the Rogue, But I perfer the Rogue overall to the CRV.

I wish the Rogue's gray leather was a little darker .

I'm looking at pricing for after market leather for the Rogue before I make my final purchase decson.

This is a tough call ... A fully loaded Rogue w/Leather & a fully loaded CRV w/Leather both MSRP's for @ 27K. MPG's and HP are within 10% of each other. * Rogue includes Bluetooth, Intelligent key and Xenon Head Lights - CRV dosen't ... RO also includes Auto day/night mirror w/compass, Cargo area cover, Fog lights and Chrome tip - these are considered Acce$$orie$ in the V! However for @ $1700 you can get the in-dash Navi/Back-up camera package in the V ... if only the RO offered that too, it would be a No-Brainer! Yes, a tough call indeed! ... time for a physical side-by-side measurement/extended road test, etc. comparision. *This site doesnt seem to let me link directly to F/A, so see Pics in my post here > http://www.hondasuv.com/member...82707

I'll let others discuss the leather comparisons, but IMO the Rogue is the better crossover it is quieter, I think the driver has more leg room in the Rogue, the Rogue is more responsive, I really like the smoothness of the CVT, the Rogue handles better, the Bose radio is awesome compared to the EXL CRVs radio (Not sure about the nav radio in the V), cargo space is very similar but the pop up in the Rogue trunk works well. The CRV is sometimes discribed as feeling like a small minivan/soccer mom vehicle. That being said it does sell well and if you want factory nav it is a quality option....but I don't think I would get excited like I do when its time to drive the Rogue, it sure is fun.

Has anyone found a way to install an aftermarket In-Dash Navi/Back-up camera unit in the RO like the CRV pictured ^ above? zerothread/291871

We service two very large Nissan dealerships here and have done EVERYTHING to your Rogue. We use all professional installation pieces from Metra. You can use the dash kit part# 95-7425, interface harness 70-7552, and antennae adaptor 40-NI12. I was looking back in our portfolio for any Rogue pics we had from installs but all I can find is leather install and headrest TV's on another one. If you are still really interested, I will take a pic of the next one we do.

There are pics on the forum of someone installing an aftermarket Navi in the Rogue. I have a Kenwood DNX 5120 with navi/dvd in my Hyundai Accent that will fit the Rogue and you can add Sirius/XM/Bluetooth/Rear view camera/ ipod connector (works the ipod flawlessly thru the touch screen). A great unit with lots of flexibility.

The Rogue's interior and leather is MUCH better than the Honda's. Honda uses cheap grade leather, in time it feels like plastic. The Rogue's leather is equivalent to the leather I have in my 07 Infinit G35, just wish Nissan would offer tan interior in the Rogue like Honda does with the CR-V.
