What have you tried on the leather interior?

I tried Meguiar's Rich Leather Wipes which left a streaky mess on the doors. I then tried Turtle Wax Ice Total Interior which left a very even finish and a very low gloss sheen.

yea i heard Meguiar's leather conditioner leaves an oily residue. I'm using Zymol cleaner and Zymol conditioner and it seems to be fine. Lexol is the other big brand name.

I use warm water and a little bit of Simple Green to clean it then I use Lexol Leather Conditioner to cut the oils back into the leather. Still dosen't take away that crinkly part on the drivers seat where my right butt check is though...

I have seen both Zymol & Lexon in stores. I wanted to be sure to use something that protects against UV fading. Ice does, but I was also hoping to darken my charcoal color a little. Ice is completely clear. It would be great on the blonde interior.

Thanks for the head up on the Ice product. I have a blonde interior. Currently using an old bottle of Meguiars and I don't like the way it goes on. I used to use the Lexol, two-bottle system (cleaner/conditioner) and like that product a lot but can no longer find it around here.

I use the Ice paint detailer oddly enough on my black plastic trim pieces of the wife's Silverado. It stinks on paint, but brings back black plastic nicely with no white residue.

I use Zaino's Leather in a Bottle. Awesome Awesome stuff, but you have to find a tuner shop that either sells it for a crazy price or you have to order it online. But there is nothing like it.No waxiness, no slippage, no crazy two step application. Just microfiber to the liquid to the seats. And it is crazy how good it smells. lol.

Do you also use Zaino on the exterior? Is it true it can take all day to apply?

Tanner's Preserve Leather Cleaner and Leather Conditioning Cream which is highly recommended by Eagle Ottawa the biggest supplier of leather to the automotive industry.

I have been using this for years and it is easy to use and leaves the leather looking great.

Tanner's is by Cyclo who makes Rally and Randance products. Does it have anything for UV protection? Have you notice any fading since using it?

I haven't used it yet on my wife's 08 Altima but used it on her previous car for over 5 years and didn't incur any fading whatsoever.

I couldn't find anything out about UV protection.
