Leasing a new rogue..some help needed!

Hello, Ive been following the forum for some time...Great resource!

We are looking to get a rogue for my wife who'll be moving to Scranton,PA this June. Wonderng what kind of lease numbers $$$ should I be looking at. Is under $300 feasible to get with Leather and heated seats with minimal down? Dont care about the diff packages ( understand that to get leather, might have to get some sort of package)

Also, do you think I might get a better deal in a bigger city like philly/allentown vs small town scranton? Any good dealerships you can recommend?
