Leasing a new 07' M-45, need help on purchase cost

Hi folks,

I haven't posted in quite some time. I hope you are all doing well.Anyway, here is my question:I just sent back a 06' M-35 sport. At the time of lease/purchase the dealer took off 2K from the list price.The car I am looking to lease now is an 07 M45 @ a sticker of 50,550.00, by the time you add the extra packages it totals out at roughly $54,900.00.Can anyone out there give me an idea of what is being taken off of list in the Northeast region. As you know the 2008's are coming out and they want to get rid of the 2007's.

LASTLY, does anyone know where a 08' M35 sport can be found. My dealer says they will not be in until Feb, 08'. do you guys find that to be true??
