Hello everyone. I am considering a 2013 G37x Sedan as a two year lease with the premium and navigation packages. The price they have given me is $359/month with $1530 due at signing for all fees including taxes/title/registration/dmv/plates. I am wondering if anyone can weigh in on this price and tell me if I am getting a good deal.

I was also considering a 2014 Subaru WRX, 2014 Lexus IS350, 2014 Cadillac CTS, and potentially a BMW but I had no idea which yet. This would definitely be for a two year lease and I would prefer to go with something above the base interior/packages.

Thank you in advance. I look forward to being part of your community!

Welcome to NICO! Not sure on leasing numbers...google will probably be your best friend. Check out Edmunds.com...it's what I use to see what I should be paying for a car new or used.

I could be wrong, but it seems like a decent deal to me. I want to say that the monthly payment seems a tad higher and your down payment seems lower than I've seen, but I think it'll all average out to around the same.

I feel that before you start negotiating monthly payments and down payment - you should first negotiate lowest cost, then tell them you may want to lease the car. Have done this for years - till now, where I make normal monthly payments and pay off quickly. Am looking to purchase a G37 AWD and Consumer Reports rates it very high! Lowest cost I've received is $32,500. with premium package option.
IF you take the time to read Consumer Reports Auto issue they'll guide you thru this process - and you usually can read it at the library for free.

That's the best advice you'll ever hear. NEVER talk about monthly payments until the very last part of the negotiations. All you will have done is tell the sales person what the monthly target figure is that they have to meet. And they'll find a way to get there. (You might wind up with a seven year finance period though.) Negotiate the lowest possible price you can first, then you know what you're going to have to figure out on how to afford it. Do it the other way and you've essentially given the sales person a blank check.

On a related note, forget completely about what you might get for a trade in. The truth is that any dollar offer a dealer gives you for a trade in consists of two things and two things only. One is the auction value of your car and the second is the discount they would have taken off the new car anyway if you were an all cash customer.

I strongly suggest you read a few reliable articles online about leasing a vehicle. Based on your post you're not experienced at leasing a vehicle. You need to consider important elements such as: annual mileage allowance, money factor, residual value, among other factors.
