My QX lease is sadly due soon and I won't be purchasing so they're asking for a pre-return inspection by a 3rd party, Auto VIN.

Can anyone provide some insights into the inspection process? What's it like (how long? any tips to get the most
favorable/fair inspection?). FYI, this is in the Toronto area.
