It will be raining here too in an hour or so.

Rain has kept me from doing my brakes every day for the last week now.

Yeah, WTF is going on in Arizona? Area around Sedona and Flagstaff is getting tornadoes. People flying all over the state, garages trying to park inside cars, dogs and cats living together -- mass hysteria.

Edit* yes I realize you don't live in Arizona, Dave.

Goose Island root beer = delicious

I am enjoying thoroughly. And I need to pick up some vanilla ice cream at some point to use with this stuff (once my body is back to normal, that is)

I'll check it out, thanks!

Best root beer I ever had was called "Little John's Root Beer". It was this boy scout troop leader who invented his own recipe. I worked for the company on summer while I was in college -- we had a canvass tent and build a wooden bar that had oak tapping kegs on it and we'd set up at Civil War reenactments and dress up like 19th-century bartenders. We made the stuff on site, and tapped it into glass bottles. Made ASSLOADS of money. Exhausting, though. The process was genius -- we had 10-gallon Gott coolers that we'd fill 2/3 up with filtered water. Add one gallon of root beer syrup and then scoop in dry ice. The dry ice would simultaneously carbonate and mix the liquid and chill it to below 32 degrees farenheit. We'd then have to lift it up over our heads and pour it into the top of the tapping barrels on the bar. All in sometimes 100+ degree heet. We worked literally 21 hours a day from Thursday - Monday.

Most awesome job I ever had to this day.
