If they made a blacklight that didn't melt everything it comes in contact with, that would be a cool idea.

Yeah, I might wire it up that way if I'm lazy.
Or I might hook it up to the dome light and wire in a capacitor

Did someone say Blacklight?

They have a "UV Blacklight" LED

They don't have a teal or anything, Dre. :( Or I'd be considering it.

dre1507 wrote:you have a gf right? this is the plan. hop her up on 1 bottle each of 5 and 7 hour energy. what's 5 + 7? 12 it is. that's 12 hours of energy. she has no choice but to stay up and read info to you while you sleep. that is the best method of study. remember that episode of dexter's lab where he listened to that one word in french while he slept? yea, that works in real life too, and it also applies to larger amounts of info. don't ask for scientific proof. just do it. ok kV?
Nope, no GF. Just a Razi doll. Yeah. He's selling himself, plush style now.

I like this idea. Have a white accented gauge cluster, and stuff a black light in that bish. BOOM instant dark purple. You won't see that tree you're driving into. :bigthumb:

No seriously, the gauge from the MS3 in the '07 models and the VW GTi's had excellent clusters.

Yeah it looks fackin rad.

Now the question...
120 degree LED or 220?
The 220 has 5 little LEDs on it, the 120 has 1 LED.

Will the 120 be enough? :ohno:

I would say only if you get the dome light also blacklight. If you actually need to see just get really bright write leds from the 2 map light up front.

LoL my mom said get the blacklight one too. :rotfl

The ones in the pictures are the 220 ones though, I'm concerned the 120 one won't be bright enough.
I think I'll go with the 220!
