Man the day of JCCS, I spent the rest of the day with Spooled240 and Frank E Bones, I fell asleep the moment I laid on the bed.

Greg and I were both just exhausted. Can you imagine what Terry and Koji (the ones in charge of JCCS) were feeling? If I were them, I'd sleep for a week.

Must've been super exhausting for them. I appreciate them setting it up every year.

I can't wait to go back. I wish the event was two days. I never even made it into the Honda lot. :(

They had 2 convertible CRXs!
And the puny ancient Hondas looked like a blast to drive around town.

Uhhhh, WTF?

I love Disturbed.

I'm a metal fan from way back. Queensryche, Dream Theater, Maiden, Godsmack... < my favorite stuff.
And you've talked about it many times. Still doesn't help me picture it. My mind apparently has a problem reconciling the fact that people over 30 listen to (and in many cases make) the music I listened to at age 18. If I happen to make it another four years in this world (hopefully I wont piss off the wrong person and get shot) I will be interested to see how I react on my 30th birthday. If I honestly drop dead, you'll all know why.

Edit: First! Two pages in a row on two separate days. Learned'd be slow.

Eh, it's not so much the 30 year old crowd that gets me (30 is like the new 20 I feel), but people over 40 listening to bands like that don't exist/aren't real.

I'm also saddened by Mike Portnoy's departure from Dream Theater :(

But I can't keep adjusting the age as I get older. 30 has always been the cutoff, so it will always stay at 30.

Actually, this truly concerns me. I'm pretty confident my head will just explode. I can't possibly be over 30 and listen to NOFX or Pennywise, right?

No magic fixes for backaches gerry....just preventing them. Only think I can recommend is using one of those foam log things and doing exercises with that.

Hey now, be gentle. I don't listen to them daily. Just occasionally. Lately it's been more Them Crooked Vultures and The Black Keys, etc.

NOFX makes me laugh hard. That's maybe why I enjoy them? :gotme
