leaky transmission what seals do i need ???????

sup guys my transmission is leaking from the front where that weird plate is inside the transmission . i wanna open my transmission sup and replace all the seal what seals do i need ?????

rear main seal. changed it when i did my clutch. get it from courtesy.

okguys front transmission seal is from a z32 ttrear transmission seal is from a usdm s14

I thin they are referring to the real main seal on the engine, not the transmission. Which they usually leak.
