That's how I went about it.
I used an exacto knife to lift the little rubber seal on the top of the Troof glass ( where it meets the locking assembly ) and put a little bit of RTV between it and the glass. I wiped off the excess and I cleaned the T roof drainholes REALLY well.

It seems like I only have issues when I aim the power washer directly at the door/ glass seam now, but that's little more than a trickle. When I get her back on the road in spring ( and after all of the work she needs ) I'll be able to judge how well it's held up.

Mine barely dribbles a bit when driving in heavy rain.

I would never, ever powerwash my car. *shudders* The under chassis, maybe, but at a very low pressure.

Thanks for the TSB idea, biggs. It made me slap my head, since years ago I looked up and found TSB's for water leaks on my 240 but I forgot to do it for my Z (which I just got last year). Instead I've been searching the Web for a good while until I landed here.

There's no free link to TSB NTB93-156 on the Web, but you can go to your library and get it free, or subscribe to Mitchell's: https://www.eautorepair.net/Marketing/Default.asp

the link to the TSB is on this page: https://www.eautorepair.net/app/TSBS_AL ... VID=107867

Here is the beginning of the TSB, which contains detailed instructions and illustrations on how to stop the leaks, mainly with strategically-placed Permatex #82 Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive (Item No. 81850) or equivalent:

TECHNICAL BULLETIN NTB93-156
October 28, 1993
300ZX (Z32) T-BAR ROOF WATER LEAKAGE
APPLIED MODELS: 1990-93 300ZX (Z32)
SERVICE INFORMATION:
On some of the applied vehicles, water leaks may be identified at the following areas:
I. Water Leakage from Body Side Weatherstrip
II. Water Leakage from Body Side Center Weatherstrip
III. Water Leak from T-Bar Roof Assembly
REPAIR INFORMATION:
I. Water Leakage from Body Side Weatherstrip
1. Removal of Body Side Weatherstrip
a. Remove T-Bar Roof Assembly
b. Remove weatherstrip from the body.
NOTE: The weatherstrip is secured to the body with two (2) screws and three clips. (Figure 1)
