Well, It is leaking the coolant into the exhaust, it isn't leaking it out of the engine but is actually leaking internally.

Well sounds like you overheated the balls out of it and now you get to replace the motor!

It will probably be more expensive to have 2 heads resurfaced and all the labor included than it would ot just get a new motor.

The previous owner may have but it never has with me. When it did heat up on me than the temp. gauge never got clear up....I shut it off before it ever got that far.

I don't really want to put a new engine in it, that is why i would rather replace the head gasket and drive it til it no longer functions. This Q has been very poorly taken care of and I don't want to go and dump a bunch of money into it. I have a mechanic that will help me, so I just want to fix it to wear it will run and use it a bit longer.

Well you started out with something a whole lot different.... You're in a whole nother ballpark now.

O sorry, I'm getting mixed up here in my threads, I have another thread on a blown head gasket. Yeah, I will try JB Weld on the radiator and see what happens....I guess I dont have much to loose trying. Thanks for the advice.

Well in that case, you might as well just keep a bottle of coolant in the trunk and keep driving it until it locks up.

MAN, that hurts me so bad inside to say that. An exotic twin cam V8 wasted away by owner negligence. Never to be seen in Ferrari land where this motor competes.

But when it's "only an $1500 car", some owners don't realize what they have.
