Ive got a 93 pathfinder, with the 3.0 v6 and it leaks like hell from the front of the motor and the passenger side. From the little information I have been able to gather it seems that the oil cooler tends to leak on them but what common leaks are found on the front of the motor? Cam seals, front main? I'd just like to get opinions before I tear into it. When I put the timing belt on it was hard to see any leaks but I coulda missed it. Any input would be appreciated!

I have a 2000 Pathfinder LE with 93K miles on it. I recently went to one of the "Free Car Care Clinics" at the Nissan Dealership and was informed that my cam seals were leaking. I was kind of suprised because I take very good care of my truck and I never see any evidence of leakage on the ground. On top of that they were leaking on top of my BELTS! I took it to my mechanic and sure enough it was leaking! So I had to get everything changed out. I don't think that this is something that is evident to the naked eye!!!

I'm not suprised at all by that, You can take real good care of your truck all you want but the internal engine parts will still wear out over time. Especially since you are closing in on the Tbelt change.
