leaky master cylinder / brake booster

ok people thanks in advance, here's my problem:

I noticed my brake light has been coming on, then I noticed my brake fluid was low from a slow leak from where the master cylinder connects to the brake booster.

What is this and what is causing it and how do I fix it?I really hate brake problems scares the tar out of me

master cyl rear seal is leaking . replace the master cyl.
