Hi guys,

A while back before I changed my clutch, the pedal would often be completely limp which would result in the car being completely unable to get into any gear. After pumpin it about 70 times it would regain pressure and off I'd go. Well the problem went away after I had changed my clutch about 2 months ago, but two days ago the problem returned... today I vent down to just pump it with my hand so it'd go faster.. and I noticed that my entire clutch pedal was covered in a dirty liquid mess. My question is, do you think my clutch master cylinder has gone out? My clutch fluid resevoir was completely empty.

Oh yea.. Sounds like a major clutch master cylinder problem. Get that thing changed and have your clutch lines examined as well. A limp clutch pedal is an indication of a leak somewhere in your system. Also, be sure to inspect the slave (operating) cylinder as well. I also recommend using a vacuum pump when rebleeding your clutch system, it'll help rid those pesky air bubbles that get trapped. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, is there any chance I can use the clutch cylinders and lines off the R33 RB25 clip?
