leaks, leaks and more leaks

91 240sx - heavy rains so now I've got leaks in the (1)spare tire well - have had the light gaskets sealed as well as the rear (triangle) windows sealed, (2)a leak dripping onto rt rear speaker - so much for that new speaker, (3)water beads on the inside of the hatch - where you put your hand to open the hatch - but the tracks are dry and (4)water when I open either door - any suggestions before I take it back to the guy who sealed it 6 months ago - greatly appreciated!
