im stumped, my car is leaking water but im not sure from where actually. it is from this hose that goes into the transmission from the chassis?? im really not sure what the hose is called. it is towards the front of the tranmission on the right side if you are looking through the windshield of the car.

that would most likely be your a/c evap drain if I understand what your saying. does it seem to only leak after you have run the defroster or a/c. if so this is normal condensation from the a/c evap collecting moisture from the air during operation. kinda like when you pull a soda out of the freezer and set it on the counter it builds up moisture on the surface of the can. your a/c evap does this at a much higher rate. therefore you need that moister to drain off somewhere. this is the location of the drain on most cars.

im not sure if its from the firewall. it seems it is more like from under the passenger seat. and the ribbed hose is about 4-6 inches long if you straighten it out. but what else could it be?

LOL. why would brake and fuel lines go into the transmission?? haha. but i think it is the A/C moisture. by ribbed i mean like lines running up and down, not side to side.
