Leaking trans cooler?

I pulled my bumper off to replace a high beam (02 Q) and noticed the front of the AC condenser and the transmission cooler was very wet. It appears to be transmission fluid though I'm not sure how bad it's leaking or how much. Is this a common point of leakage?
