You must have a non-Nissan replacement windshield. My suggestion would be to use clear silicone (the type you find at Home Depot for windows and doors) and apply it on a warm dry day and let it dry (also don't drive for 8 hours after applying it). Let it harden and see of that stops it.
Your sure your sunroof drains aren't clogged and the water isn't coming in from the roof area and following the curvature of the windshield and conveniently draining via the mirror?
As an FYI, to clear your sunroof drains by some canned air and gently spray it down the venturi on either side of your open sunroof.
