Leaking steering rack

I have 2003 G35 sedan leaking small amount of steering fluid at the screw bolt next to the dust boot driver side..I could tighten the bolt but not sure how much torque lbs it need... plz give me inputcheck out the link to see where the screw bolt located...http://www.flickr.com/photos/4...75512

I do have service manual but it doesn't tell me what that screw bolt purpose... is it for draining power steering fluid? can i tighten the bolt and at what torque lbs.. any help greatly appreciated..

Manual says "if it is leaking loosen then retighten the screws on the leaking side". Follow the FSM at figuring it out.

You can change your fluid out and that might help some as well. Follow the procedure to burp the air out of the steering system.
