leaking problem

I took my m35 to the dealership today and told them the problem they open on my sunroof pour water wear the tubing is at to see if the tube is clogged but when he pour it **** load of water came down and he sed i need to change out my sunroof assembly or something like that but im thinkin that the tube must of got loose? ne other explanation?

Its covered under warranty isnt it???
