So I have fixed all the boost/vacuum leaks on my car except- The stupid o-rings that sit in the intake manifold for the injectors! They are brand new seals, but when I hooked up the air comressor and sprayed soap and water on them, all 4 were leaking horribly. For the record, I am using DSM 450cc injectors with the DSM upper insulators and o-rings, and the CA18 lower o-rings that sit in the manifold. Someone give me some suggestions on how to resolve this please.

You can order the stock seals or use thick o-rings. I have a gang of them somewhere in the garage. I have to check for some anyway for someone else.

A good idea is to use silicon grease on the o-rings, this grease wont eat up the rubber as petrol based grease. It will help the o-ring to seal and make it a bit softer, this way it can form itself better to the surface.

You can buy in small packages, often expensive.

After I started using it I got rid of all leak problems and damaged o-rings.
