I happened to see it was dripping gasoline from where the red circle is. The clamp is on there but a little far back. Should I try to wiggle the clamp on there first to see if it still leaks? or should I just go ahead and get a new hose as a preventive maintenance?

It is really hard to get the clamp since there's no much room to fit both my hand and the pliers into it... any quick & easy way to stop that leak?

here's another spot I found leaking. I didn't get a chance to determine what hose it was yet so does anyone know?
it looks torn apart and has a small leak.

There should NOT be any fuel in that hose. That’s the PCV hose and check valve.
I’m wondering if your fuel damper or regulator has failed and sucking fuel through the vac line.

I took the balance tube off and left it for a few days as I was trying to buy the coils before I put it back on. could this be a factor?

Probably not.

I think we need a lot more background info here, ie did the car run before you started this repair? If not how long did it dit for?Any unusual symptoms? Regular maintenance up to Date? Did you just buy the car? Just to name a few. Before we can suggest some help.

That hose just behind the stabilizer bar looks like a burnt/melted insulation around an AC line, but that’s just a guess.

I just bought the car and we drove it 40 minutes back home. It idles well except there were a few moments it sounded like it was about to die on us. Considering it could be multiple factors contributing to it(the car had been sitting for a while and probably has bad gas, there was no air filter, etc) I know absolutely nothing about the regular maintenance it had but the water pump, timing belt, spark plugs and fuel pump were all brand new.
I just checked the hose there was a crack on where the clamp is.

what are thing that might have gone wrong to have gasoline in my pcv hose? I will probably use elimination to narrow it down.

Assuming PCV is plumed correctly and it is fuel; There is no way its from the crank case, so...
Fuel can only get into the upper plenum via leaking o rings at the injectors(very very bad leak) or more likely from failed fuel pressure and/or fuel regulator vacuum lines.

so I took both the vac lines that run from the fuel damper and regulator off and
neither of them was dripping any fuel or looked oily
the vac line from the damper didn't smell anything
the vac line from the regulator side smelled like gasoline but didn't smell anything on the other side.

Actually I'm not sure about the gasoline smell on the regulator vac line since that side of engine bay smells like gasoline due to the leak. so yes it is fuel... is there any other way I can diagnose the problem? is there anywhere else in the vacuum system that might have the fuel so that I can be sure that it is not a pcv valve problem?

Could it be a stuck-open pcv valve?

That last one worked. So yes that is the PCV hose which it is strange for it to be leaking fuel. And you said you checked the line directly above it.

OP, did you solve the fuel leaking issue? Very curious to know where the fuel came from.
