Ok on the rail if any of the lower o-rings are slightly damaged it will cause the rail not to seal. So i had 2 extra o-rings and replaced them on my #3 and #6 injector. This we found out because i pulled the rail, took off the ecu injector connectors and left on the feed and return lines. We then applied power to the vehicle and watched and heard the pump send fuel to the rail and #3 injecotr pissed all over the place soo there was the 1st one and #6 had a constant drip. Obviously i had fuel pressure at 38psi untill the pump stops after initial power up. The rail loses pressure and fuel will not go to the other injectors. well at least mine didn't so my engine was runnin on 3 cylinder this last time. Anyhow, the whole contaminated oil fuel issue is done because i changed fluids already and the latent fuel in the exhaust system has evaporated. So, accelljunky pull your rail (ONLY 4 BOLTS) dissconnect the clips and apply pressure and see which ones are screwing you.
Also, when reinstalling injectors with new o-rings please do not make the same mistakes the fuel injection specialist did. They used a spray lubricant instead of a heavy solid lube (grease). You can tell the difference when your putting on the caps to seat the injectors. The grease allowed it to slide easily into place but when i did it with just the spray lube they didn't seat well and there was a big difference.
So tomorrow i'm off to reinstall and see how it goes. Should be easy tomorrow. and i think that is it.
