leaking fuel injectors

hello i have a 89 240sx, manual trans, and just wondering if flooring the gas peddle while riding in 5th gear will cause the fuel injectors to leak, cuz it was perfectly fine before. and can anyone tell me how to fix it. thanks

If it is leaking from teh body of teh injector then you need a new injector. If it is leaking from the intake manifold or the fuel rail you can try replacing the o-rings and insulators by buying a o-ring kit. A fuel injector shouldn't leak at all regardless of what gear you are in. Fix ASAP to prevent future problems.
