leaking fuel injector

hey guys i have a 89 240sx stock i keep on having the same problem i replace my injector gasket 2 month now the same injector is leaking again is there something i could do so i don't have this problem

the o-ring's or the insulators? i assume the o-ring's...make sure you use some sort of lube when you install the injectors...engine oil works but i use a synthetic grease called super lube
