Leaking fuel injector (maybe o-ring)

I have a 1993 Z32 NA. Cylinder 6 fuel injector is leaking visibally. There is a stream of gas that is shooting from the top of the injector. Not sure if it is the top o-ring or the injector itself.
First off would it make more sense that it is the o-ring and secondly is it a simple fix. I don't want to start taking the injector out and other stuff before I have an understanding of what I am doing.

Welcome!
Definitely check out what rgregoryb suggests, and be aware this is one of the toughest jobs on the Z32 for DIY work- due to the need to dremel the intake slightly to access the injector screws if you don't decide to remove the intake (longer, more involved job) to replace the injector.
You should be aware that the '90-'93 injectors are the "old" style and will all fail soon, if not starting to already, and that the injector wiring harness also benefits from being replaced with a new one with updated weather-sealed connectors. Your old ones will all be green inside and not making correct contact, if they are still intact. New style injector s. old style has no real cost difference either.
Another thing to be aware of is that updating the injectors and harness will require an adapter kit to allow the updated injectors to mount in the old style fuel rail, allowing you to avoid that cost and hassle, and that doing so will fix a small known issue with the injector tip and overall you will get flawless fuel system performance plus no more fuel-related issues if you also service the FPR and dampner.
All can be purchased at CZP or Z1, and many other Z32 sources.
Good Luck!

Just finished replacing he drivers front and passenger rear injectors... Used the dremel method. Man what a pain. on the passenger side injector as I was trying to pop it out some how I ended up ripping the entire top red plastic cap off. ended up having to sink a screw into the top of it where the upper little pin valve or whatever it was origionally was, then used a slide hammer to pop that out. took about 3 hours for just that one injector. but between those two injectors, and finally getting around to running codes at the ECU and finding and fixing code 53, my car is running better than it has since I bought it. granted I havent run it much, but it is a lot smoother now. Next weekend gonna get new plugs into it as it currently has some odd NGK that I dont recognise, but they arent the reccomended ones.

Congrats!
Hopefully you did the FPR and dampner and hoses while doing that work as well.
Be sure to also replace all of those crappy old injector connectors along the way, and if you are feeling like doing more look into your PTU harness connectors, CAS connector, and IACV connectors looking for corrosion (green crud) to clean out if possible, or if broken/you can afford it go with the upgraded harnesses and connectors from CZP, Z1...if needed it may well ward of future issues and/or improve your current work results!
