leaking from above waterpump

so after a short drive yesterday, i noticed coolant shooting out from above the waterpump.. i obviously stopped and turned the car off btw also. before i pull it all apart, i really cant see where the leak is coming from. it definately looks like its just above the waterpump, but i dont THINK it is coming from the coolant bypass lines. what else is in there? i cant even find a decent picture of the front go a vg to look at . thanks

It could be coming from the thermostat housing or the coolant pipe right above. Here are a few pics to show the front of the VG:





Clean everything dry around that area and then start it up for a few seconds to isolate where the leak is.
