My Q just went through its first serious downpour since I've owned it and now the floor is wet on the passenger side, front seat, underneath the glove box and toward the door.

So far I can't tell where the water is coming in from. The windshield seems sealed, the door seals look fine, and no sunroof leak either. Anyone else have this problem? Could it be water coming in from where the hood/windshield area?

I've washed it several times and have not noticed any moisture, so it seems that it takes a pretty good soaking for it to be noticeable.

take off the kick panel, glove box and so forth... I bet its coming from the seam between the fan and the cooling unit.... mine leaks a little from there too.

Thanks Wes, that will be my weekend project. Is there anything else I should take a look at on my 90 Q once I have this area exposed?

might as well take the blower resistor out and clean the evaporator core.
