I my 93 vert top was totally sabotaged during my stay in San Jose.

I lived in Downtown SJ, and one night some guy cut a BIG hole on the driver's side to get into my car. Luckily I only lost a head unit that was really old, but what i ended up was a really big hole right before raining season in california.

I looked up the web for new tops, it was 280 something at the time, and it was too expensive. So I decided just get some vinyl repair and just patch it up a bit. Since my vert doesnt have AC, I HAD TO drop the top during summer, and that didnt work too well for the vinyl repair. It started leaking again, and i had to put more on. Now it looks very very bad.

When I returned to so cal, some high school ppl prolly used a pen or something and punctured a few holes on the left rear side of the top.

now its really messed up. I have more than just one hole now, I have like 4. Not to mention my rear clear plastic looks like crap.

NOW, since rainning season is coming AGAIN, ive just decided to just get a new top and be stress free(cuz im stressin about my 5 speed swap and bent side fender as well).

If anyone knows where I can buy a top for cheap, please let me now...thank you much!

There is one in our classifieds that's being parted out.

However, he wants too much for the top (IMO). I'd go with $319 off ebay.

I bought my rear window assembly from that eBay guy and it was OEM quality. I would trust that the entire top is just as nice.

True.

Even though the parts are rare, it's JUST a 240.
