Hey all, I just got done doing a clutch on my 1999 2wd path. While I was under there I found that I needed a rear main seal, a center bearing on the drive shaft and a had a leaky oil pan gasket. I decided to try to get it all while I was dirty already. The everything went well but the oil pan gasket. I raised the engine to remove the oil pan but inside the pan was a tube and filter that had to be removed to get pan clear of the front cross member. This lack of space made it difficult get the rtv sealant on nice and even. I think that is why I now have a leak. I think I am going to have to drop the front end cross member down in order to make enough clearance to redo this right. The FSM is really vague about the details about this repair. Does anyone have any guidance or tips that might help? Thanks
