They should wash your car for free since you bought it from them. That plan sounds like a bunch of catch words and not much service. Find out exactly what interior and paint protection means, as well as if the car washes can be done at anytime or if it's their subtle way of saying that they'll wash it after you bring it in for service. As far as rust protection, undercaoting and soundshield (additional sound deadening on the underside of the car and possibly, engine compartment and trunk I suppose) the undercoating is really the only one you can be sure they've done unless you know exactly what they mean by soundshield and rust protection.
In short, no I wouldn't do it, but if it were explained some more and they really did spray the bottom of the car with undercoat and added to the factory sound deadening and washed your car whenever you wanted etc, then sure, it's a good deal. Just remember dealerships are extremely competitive and do not care about the consumers one bit so long as you keep buying.
