LDW Malfunction

New QX60 with 1k miles. Finding that the Lane Departure Warning (LDW) "malfunction" appears whenever I have passengers in the rear seats.
Anyone else see this?
Works great until I have passengers!!

update - August 6th, 2014 - Dealer had regional tech work on vehicle... claims he had to adjust forward camera, as it was aimed too high. Once that was done, the other cameras needed re-setting to meet factory specs.
Took 2 days to complete. I have not had a chance yet to test with passengers, will report once I have done so.
