LCA Install, What part is this??

Hello, Today I was trying to install my Lower Control Arm, and I was on the second bolt that was supposed to come off, but the part twists, I am not sure if it is supposed to move, but it feels like it will break if I keep Torging on it. I think it connects to the sway bar. What part is this and is it supposed to move?? Please Help

Is it supposed to move or be stiff. If it is not supposed to move, Do I have to get a new endlink or some type of bushing??

Can you get a wrench or something on the top sde while you try to loosen the bolt on the bottom side? Ask around in the wheels, tires, brakes, and suspension forum. I can't say for sure what you need but I would buy some new endlinks.

it suppose to twist, just try to hold it while you unscrew
