Well, it wasn't easy but it was TOTALLY worth it.......LongBeachCoupe, you are the man......I LOVE MY OVERLAY!

I hear ya! When we first got started it didn't look too good! In fact, it looked like HELL! But we logged onto LBC's link for how-to, took a deep breath and got back to work. It is true.... if you can get past the first one, the second one goes alot quicker.

so, im still kinda lost on these... how are they put on... heated? r they sticky? do u have to send the lights out or just take um off n apply them?

I would say, if you can, find a professional installer.......as I stated before, I watched my guys put it on, they are pros and it still was "challenging." It reguires heat, spray bottle with soapy water, possibly an extra pair of hands and a helluva lot of patience! For my install, MIke left the lights in because for him, it was the best way to keep the light stationary. I have heard others say to take the light out because you can get cleaner edges, which I agree with, but might be harder to grip to do the work if you are alone.Some people have had no issues doing it alone, some went my route (finding an installer, which can be difficult....some won't mess with it!) and other tried, failed and went another route. The finished product speaks for itself........

I love it . Its not to dark, which is how i like it compared to the super dark ones i see that people have. What percentage tint was it, if you dont mind me asking

60%....not too dark, but a DEFINITE change from stock red....it looks really cool at nite:)
