Temp sensor(2 wire)IAC valve inop/malfunctionAir regulator inop/malfunction

Temp & regulator are most probable.

Timing might be off also.

Could be a dirty MAF too, use electical cleaner to spray down the element inside, DONT USE BRAKE OR CARB CLEANER!

Air regulator is under the intake manifold....

Sounds like IAC or Air regulator, not TPS....sounds like it needs a little more air flow to even out the fuel its getting.

Air regulator is NOT adjustable, IAC is adjustable.

Air regulator works off temp

IAC works off a signal from the ECU. What is your idle RPM once the engine warms up? if it is correct then you dont want to adjust this.

Sounds like same problem, we are trying to trouble shoot over there also.

Looks like we wernt getting a good enough start signal, just for the heck of it we ran a jumper wire from the starter signal( straight from the ignition) to the ecu and it seems to be working great. The big test will be this morning after sitting all night.

I have a lazy starting RB25 also. I must crank 4-5 times before it idles. Because of that my starter died. So look out.

Cant remember what pin number, but yes it was the start signal causing the car not to start properly.
