Not sure of any outcomes in the cases, but unless you owned the car at the time and got your name in the hat, it probably will not provie you with any benefits. Infiniti did amend their warranty on the Non-Brembo G's to include "premature" brake wear up to 3 years/36,000 miles. But it would seem you are probably way beyond that.
