Launching , donuts and drifting G35 coupe 6mt

So its that rainy time of the year gotta love it, i just got my 05 g35 a few weeks back and now i wanna play around with it in the rain a bit . THe car has a VDC and thats suppose to be the slip protection rihgt? so if i want to drift and do dounuts should i turn it off? and also to launch the car should me VDC be off for max preformance. thanks
