One buyer, Brad Clarke, 48, of Peachtree City, Ga., already has received a check for $3,089 after overpaying for a 1999 Jeep Cherokee sport utility vehicle he bought on eBay from a New York seller in 2002.

hey! thats were i live, what are the chances...but i am not supprised it happened either, i am sure stuff like that has been going on for a while.

I know it has. A friend of mine just told me she used to do it regularly. I was shocked....okay not really shocked but I didn't expect it of her.
