Look at that, McCain doesn't seem to have a chance in Nov.
I heard the same on the radio this morning ... PBS station commenting on the DNC ...AZhitman wrote:Dead heat as of today: http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITI....html
If it's wrong, you can correct it.AZhitman wrote:Wikipedia? Please.
Wkipedia merely collected the data. The polls are from many, different, credible sources.AZhitman wrote:

Amen. Like I have said, these polls are short surveys of whomever happens to want to click that day. Republicans are quiet in the polls, loud in the voting booth. Probably because the Republicans are all at work instead of taking web polls.rn79870 wrote: The real poll is the one on Nov 4th., the rest of these are all about nada.
Yep.Qwerty1942 wrote:edit: lol you still use the phrase "please"?
That was to be expected.rn79870 wrote:I think it's interesting that the Hillary supporters, who initially left the Obama camp in favor of McCain, are returning to the left. Those who claim to support McCain will most likely vote 3rd. party or not vote at all.

Us right-wingers are pretty polite.
I am sure that there will be a little "kick" provided by the media hype over the DNC this week.rn79870 wrote:I guess I'm the only one watching the DNC. They just talked about the polls, and what is really going on. They feel that many of the Clinton supporters are venting a little by supporting McCain. However, they also said that each day more and more were returning to Obama.
Also, they are seeing a trend in the working class (typically McCain) re looking at Obama. The female vote, which was behind Hillary seems to be slowly returning to Obama too. Even the minority support Clinton enjoyed seems to be shifting back towards Obama. The real poll is the one on Nov 4th., the rest of these are all about nada.
I know it does, I was just posting it for the sake of general information, as ultimately what really matters it the electoral vote.Qwerty1942 wrote:^that supports my post, actually.
