Here is my latest dyno graph:

S14 SR, stock block, head, IM, turbo, mafs, pump gas, 600cc injectors, power fc, the usual bolts ons. Profec b would hit 18 psi, then fall to 15 psi and hold til redline. I'm thinking the actuator just cant hold open at that boost level. Would one of those actuators from HKS do the trick? Big thanks to Jeff Evans of Evans-tuning. Damn I love small turbos with killer powerbands.

The WG is fully open at about 3400 RPM or so all the way to redline.

The problem you are having is due to the stock turbocharger not being able to physically flow the required CFM to support 18 PSI.

I'd check your MAF voltage at about 7000 RPM as well it should be pegged at or around 5.0 Volts. Time to upgrade to the Z32 unit.

Thanks for the advice. That makes total sense. I'm surprised I was able to to get this much out of the mafs/turbo to be honest. I'd love to know the intake temps as well. Z32 Mafs and a larger turbo are pretty much the next step, but I need to address the stock brakes and suspension first.

Thanks. It's a great powerband for a street car. Mods are: Greddy R spec intercooler, Apexi intake, Tanabe downpipe, 3 inch test pipe, Greddy Power Extreme 2 exhaust (very quiet), ACT street disc, Koya rad, Flexalite dual 12's, Greddy o2 housing, oil pan, and profec B, Power FC, Jecs 600cc, Supra twin turbo fuel pump. I'm pretty sure that's it as far as the engine goes. J30 diff, stock brakes and suspension right now.
