theres one im not worried so much about, its a light blue coming off teh idle switch (along with Y, Y/W) .. since the LB isnt in the FSM, im not worried about it

the problem wire is the fat L/R that goes from the coilpack connector to the main engine bay harness

in an 89 USDM s13, there is no L/R on the engine bay harness connectors... its not even on the CA harness

colors i have unused on the engine bay plugsgrey plug: Y/G O/L L/Gbrown plug: L/R P Y/L

is it another +12 or something? thats what it kinda looks like in the diagram

the FSM says it goes between the coilpack main harness plug and one of the engine bay harnesses, but theres no L/R on the engine bay harness plug

its supposed to go to a relay, inside the main relay/fuse box behind the battery?

this is the last wire i need to do to finish the harness

The blue/red and black/red fat wires are your 12v power sources, the blue/red needs to be spliced into the black/red, theres not one on the chassis harness because the ka doesn't use dircet fire ignition. In other words, the one 12v black/red on the chassis harness needs to supply power to both the black/red and blue/red on the engine harness.

The other wires you have left over are fine, Ive never used those either.
