Last Problem Im Gonna Have With My QX4. Front Windows Loose. How To Adjust/Rig?

Hey guys, ever since my car was crashed and both drivers side windows were replaced, I can physically grab the window and move it to the front and back of the car, like there is a fair bit of play.

Last night my window tint got rolled up and I went to get it warrantied today and they said they wont fix it unless I get the windows fixed first.

Hoping I can do it myself, plan to have the door panels off to dynamat the car this friday so Id LOVE to have it done before then.

Couldnt find any tutorials or anything

if you paid a place to replace the glass, then id take it back and let them mess with it. if not, you gotta take the door panel off and just kinda look and see if theres a rivet missing, or if something in general doesnt look right.

I did take the door panel off, the window seems to glide up and down on one bar in the middle and theres white "guides" supposedly holding that window in place when the window goes up and down, problem is there is to much room between the bar and the guides. I dont see anyway of adjusting it. And I sure as **** aint gonna stick some vice grips on it or the plastic would probably break, looks pretty flimsy
