Car: 1991 240sx, with pignose and sohc motor--WTF was i thinking

Post

Hey, i just converted my 91 over to pignose style, engine and everything. I got the sohc engine in and everything hooked up good, but there is a plug under the fuse box near the battery that wont plug into the sohc harness. Does anyone know what this is for?

And before i get flamed, the 91 came with no motor and i already had the motor in my old car running tip-top. The reason i ask this question is that my motor wont start now. It wont even turn over. The starter is brand new, it's plugged in and it started before i pulled it.

Any help would be awesome

I hope you don't need smog/emissions/inspections. In most states, its illegal to install an engine that's older than the car.

i would say probe ur hand under ur fuse box to feel for any forks that may connect to it...

then again...

when i did a the DOHC swap on my piggy nose it had 2 connections not being used...and worked....but urs is a diff situations since its a sohc into an dohc chassis...so i dunno

maybe find a sohc lower harness and call it a day
