I did a general search andoeme up with nothing on this topic. If I missed it please lock this thread and point me in the right direction.

I am a new 300zx owner (92 2+2) I am about to change my plugs and have read About the iridium vs ngk laser double platinum. What is the difference in the laser dbl plat and standard dbl plat? Can I use any of the 3? Double platinum, iridium, or laser double platinum? What are the pros and cons of each?
