Ah, why not?

What is the largest object you have had in your car [non-person]?

Did you know that you can carry a 2X4X10 in a sedan and still close the trunk? Of course, you have to do it vewy vewy carefully

I've done the full size recliner, too. Anther big haul was the time I put in 4 medium ice chests, two folding card tables, four folding chairs, two half-barrel tubs and two suitcases. I actually had room to put quite a bit more in. It's all in the planning and packing.

Largest individual item I carried wasn't all that big, it was a sealed, boxed 2U rackmount server.

Largest LOAD I've ever carried was actually that same load... but there was a lot more to it. I probably couldn't inventory EVERY item, but let's just say before it was put into my car, it was all stacked onto a standard pallet, and the stack was a little over 3 feet tall.

Oh, and I still had room for a hand truck, my tools, my folio, and could still see out the back just fine.

The bathroom sink.

I saw someone throwing away a sink an cabinet and picked it up for an art project. I never finished the art project, but the sink is sitting in the basement. I'll take a pic later this weekend. But I fit the sink and cabinet in one load plus me one other passenger in the front.

bought cabinets and other large items from Home Depot, though it didnt fit in the trunk because I got the S model. it fit in the passanger seats and the thing was heavy so it kinda scratched up the bottom of the cup holders and all that middle thingy part. Pretty big stuff.

True of the hatch, but not the sedan. See NissanUSA's website.

Loaded a freezer in the back. It took a little work/adjustment but eventually we got it in.

I'm moving in September and hoping to get the kitchen table and chairs in without issue.

For now, though, I have to leave it at two three-drawer plastic cabinets. And those were just on the back seat.

Aside from the things mentioned above, the most awkward thing I put inside was my Diamondback hybrid bicycle. After hauling it to my last visit to the dealer I managed to get in 1 1/2 hours of exercise instead of sitting on my duff while they worked on the car.

When I moved last summer I was able to fit a table plus 6 chairs in the back. Plus odds and ends to fill the gaps.

The Versa is our "utlity" vehcicle. Our other ride is a Altima. On different trips in no particular order:

46" Flat Screen LCDTV

16 2cu-ft bags of cedar mulch

1 cherry tree (6' tall)

Heaviest load ever:Towing 580lb motorcycle on a ~300lb trailer, plus about 150lbs of luggage for a week long trip to Colorado.

Heaviest trailer:640lb motorcycle on a ~300lb trailer (my current motorcycle)

Every household should have a hatchback of some kind.

I just brought back 8 tires.

I could have easily fit 4 more.

(15 inches Versa tires.)
